Minimum stay: 7 nights.

The villa can accommodate 12 people: 10 adults and 2 babies.

Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge.

The bungalow is open for 7 people or more, but can also be opened for less, in which case it will be billed on the basis of 7 people.

Tourist tax: €3.00 per day per adult.

A deposit cheque for €3,000 is required on arrival and will be refunded one week after your stay if the end-of-stay inventory matches that on arrival.

Long-stay discount: 10% discount on the second week, for stays of 14 nights or more, except end-of-year holidays and very high season. For longer stays, please contact us.

Cleaning: Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €250. For a one-week stay, cleaning service included in the middle of the stay; for a two-week stay, cleaning service in the middle of the first week and linen change and cleaning service in the middle of the second week are included, for a 3-week stay idem, etc ...

Possibility -on request- to have the cleaning lady come in addition to the cleaning already included: 20€ per hour, minimum 2 hours per service.

Baby equipment: free for one baby; possibility of renting equipment for a second baby at €25/week.
